Nice weather has been keepin' people off the computer

I would consider centering your information on the page instead of left justified. The information inside the table is centered but the table itself isn't. Either that or change the table width to 100%. The background distracts with it not being on both sides -personal opinion though.

Aside from that, your information is clearly stated, I didn't see any errors in spelling, grammar, etc. The only thing I would possibly do different is add an e-mail address on your contact page because of people being from around the US and even the world. Then again, you DO have a toll-free number; so, I guess that's up to you.

Clean site - good job.

I agree with Skunkboy. I HATE the background image. Use a solid color so the visitors eyes are not pulled away from the text to the background. At a higher resolution, I see 3 inches wide of dots!

The logo is a light color on white and doesn't stand out. There are so many images and tiny text. If you want to improve search engine ranking, give the search engines what they want - bigger, bolder text. The text must be text and not images for search engines to read it.

This site takes a while to load even for a cable modem! All those silly images. My eyes hurt for trying to read the small text. And the color scheme is unusual for a mortgage loan website. Chase already uses red, white and blue in their logo, so you may want to use that color scheme. Use red sparingly and use a white background behing the text. You could use navy blue for the background.

Looks like another editor website with a free template, though it may not be. Try to include fresh new clip art so it doesn't look like everyone else's site. Just take a digital camera and take photos of some of the employees, the office, the desk or something.

um yeah,

oooof that hurt. but yeah i agree with some of your points.

i was undecided on the BG so i flipped a coin, dots won. my fellow employess like it.

as far as a template. it is not a templete. well not in the sense you may think. i designed it this way for the purpose the other loan officers could purchase my template edit it to there liking with ease and market them selves.

load time i'm fine with. i tested it in several different browsers and connections. and i have even gone as far as to run it thruogh several different SE optimization sites and it comes back with decent results.

and i dont waste to much time on SEO anyway. i use direct marketing. i.e. direct mail, ads in the local fish wrap, etc. ive put up a few vynyl banners in my area also.

i didnt not expect to get flamed though. (ouch she use te word silly) is that a critique or an insult? i dunno but keep it coming....

so Yvette ive seen your stuff.... get much work out there?

I was only giving my honest first impression of the website. The layout is consistent and the contents are well organized. Just giving suggestions to improve the site.

So much that I am training more people. Most of my clients are interested in functional websites that get better search engine results to reach their target audience. Thanks for asking.

I am a Virgo, born to be picky. I guess I should have followed up with good remarks to cheer you up.

Site looks good to me, clean and fresh well thought out, only comment I would have is on the centering of the page.

Looks pretty good to me, other than the centering of your content, which other people have already pointed out. I agree...too much blank space on the right.

There's a typo in your flash animation on the main page..."Let the vaule of your home work for you" instead of "Let the value..."

Good luck to you!

Your site is really nice. Make sure the text is big enough for the over 50 crowd who is refinancing to put kids through college!

I didn't see any image of a home. A beautiful home with smiling faces would be nice. Just suggestions.
