Just like anything...need to get used to it.
I think some people (like me) will get lost in the tabs. I think they need a left navigation menu that drops down when you go into that section (kinda like bestbuy).

I would prefer a simple long menu at the side or maybe some dhtml which allows menus to further open without page reloading.... plus a shortcut (jumpto menu) with the most features used.

Password on display!

I'm not too sure about it...
I might be just like the next person who has posted about taking time to get used to it, but I think it's not the usability that distracts me as much as the design itself. I usually think of websites as works of art and when something is so box-like it distracts me incredibly. One thing I love for certain, is that everything works!
