Critique Request - scarco.woventhorns.com

I'm not in the web design business anymore, but a friend needed some help, so I threw this site together.

The top menu items work, and the sub-menus work as well, but the left-hand menu only works in the car-wash area. (I haven't finished the site yet)

I plan on going dynamic as soon as I can get the "search engine friendly URLs" to work (i.e. scarco.woventhorns.com/products/car_wash/car_kleen would bring up the php script "products" which would then display the car_wash menu with info on car_kleen). But for now I need to just get something up there for the guy.
