Critique Wanted - Movie review site

http://www.filmstatic.com

Tell me what you think of it. There is still a lot of content that needs to be added but that's mostly text.

Thanks

The site is well planned and easy to navigate. But it is difficult to read the text on the black background, especially with the font styles used. The header graphic (logo) is really nice. There should be copyright info at the bottom of each web page. I was disappointed that you didn't have info in the Bios yet. Very nice site for movie fans.

Thanks for the feedback. I took your suggestion and added copyrights on the pages. Is the text that hard to read? Any one else agree/disagree?

P.S. - The bios page will be updated soon!

I read your article about sequels = why they are so bad. You didn't mention how some sequels have different actors playing a character like Batman or even James Bond. Think about George of the Jungle! I agree that people have expectations and get disappointed. I try to be objective, but I do like to see the same actor for the main role in sequels.

I found this an attractive site, very easy to read, and a bit of fun.

From the looks of the headers in the Spider-Man section, there ought to be three movie reviews, but two of them link to the same review.

From all I can see, it looks like a very well-designed site, other than that little glitch.

I have changed the color scheme of the site to make it easier to read. Tell me what you think about it now.

It is difficult to read the text below the website name. And your text links are blue on blue background. The colors need more contrast. The white really contrasts with the blue. The grey color is a more subtle contrast on blue. If you still want blue on blue, try a lighter shade like the shadow effect on your STATIC graphic for the background and the dark blue for the text.

Try to spice up the text in your tables. Black looks boring, or the font maybe...
