Powweb rock

In the time that I've been with powweb they've:

(1) upped the storage allowance from 100Mb to 200Mb;
(2) upped the transfer allowance from 12Gb to 16Gb;
(3) improved their webmail no end;
(4) upped the number FTP accounts per account from 1 to 10, and
(5) upped the number of POP accounts from 50 to 100 (I think).

And now they've just removed the 10Mb upload limit. All without changing the price by as much as a single cent.

Powweb is trying very hard to please their customers. Good things are happening!! I will refer people to this kind of organization. Good job Powweb!

in the time ive been here i've

1 time had powweb admin shut down my account for a true story posted about something that happened to my friend
2 times had my account shutdown for linking to sites (sites, not files) that powweb disagrees with
3 times had powweb tell me, after having me complain, that i wont find a better host out there, after which
4 times ive laughed in response
countless times have i entered my url to find that my "99.8% uptime" is, in fact, not up.

yay powweb!

I'm not very mean, but quit *****ing! If you don't like PowWeb you shouldn't be using their damn host.

I know I am very happy with them. For most of the reasons stated about storage, uptime and support.. I am glad I took the step and switched over last January..

I hope they keep up the excellent work..
