When I think of conservation, I think of saving the planet and therefore think of the color green. But blue is like water, so this may be okay. The header graphic looks like the buttons and I am not too crazy about that. The shadow effect looks blurry since the image was probably saved as a transparent gif instead of a jpg with a white background.

This site took some time to load with all the images including an image and alternate hover image for each button link! If you have to use those buttons, you can use one main button and one alternae button graphic and simply place the text (button name) over each button using a table. Use CSS to get rid of the underline property for the link.

The stress ball globe looks distressed! There are so many links on this website and each button link has more related links in an expanding menu. Seeing the rectangular boxes appear next to the oval buttons looks...hmmm...well, not very pretty. Maybe having rectangular box links using CSS will eliminate the need for any image buttons and save load time.

Most of the images look quite clear. The web page fills the screen at a higher screen resolution. The site is easy to read and navigate. I just am not crazy about the buttons, especially with the expanding menu links. Picky, picky.

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. Too wide for 800x600. Might be nice if the links rolled over like the menus. I think green would be a better choice of colour scheme. Otherwise, a good solid design. Good luck with it.
