has anyone come across these problems

on this page i am working on, the menu file (flash) isnt turning up except for a damn line which was drawn in it, and there is another file, home movie.swf - when u rollover each rectangle, something is suppose to happen, but only 1 works for some reason.
and the top graphic - it is very obvious. please can someone check them out and tell me whats the problems. that graphic problem - it has happened to before too. but this time i designed the graphic at work and not at home. still doesnt make sense

i used fireworks for the graphics and Flash for the swf files and Ultradev for the page layout
