Free Web Safe Color Palette & Easel

Over the past few years I have tried to develop a color easel to display various color combinations. It's still a work in progress but at this time it has a specific focus that others might have a minimal use for depending on how often you use Web safe colors or have the use of Web safe colors as a goal. At this point I have rounded up the Web safe colors as a ColorWindows palette from which various combinations can be posted on an easel, added to, replaced, emphasize, or what ever as a desk top application that is surprisingly compatible with NetScapes and IE.
