publishing with frontpage

I am brand new to frontpage and powweb. I'm ready to publish and I received my package setup today. I still can't publish. I'm so frustrated. Can you help?

Hi jb,

Go here,...and read all of this,,,make sure you book mark the page,,,you will need it again for other features later.

You install frontpage extensions from OPS.
