MySQL Port Number?

I'm trying to install the phpAdsNew package to one of my domains, and it asks for the following info:

Database hostname

Database port number

Database username

Database password

Database name

Okay, for hostname, I put mysql05.powweb.com, port number is 3306, my username for my database, my password, and my database name, spanishaction. When it the installer tries to access the database, I get the following error:

"Could not connect to the database, please recheck the settings you specified. Also make sure that a database with the name you specified already exists on the database server. phpAdsNew will not create the database for you, you must create it manually before running the installer."

The database exists, as I use it for my maillist. And I logged into the admin page provided by PowWeb, so I know the username and password are correct. I'm guessing that the port number is wrong. Has anyone installed this package, or have any suggestions?

Heh...today, the same information works fine. I guess the gremlins were out & about yesterday.
