Banner Improve?

Well, I tried to spend hours of time to design my banner but it did not turn out the way I wanted. Please check out my current banner at 1800Local.com and give me some feedback to improve it.

Fits in well with the page (I presume we're tralking about the bit on the right, or is it the whole top part). I do prefer the logo part on the top left with the gradient fades.
