A few questions

I am currenly a customer of zeonhost (www.zeonhost.com). I am considering switching to PowWeb, but I have some questions first:
- Can the mysql startup fee be waved? I do need mysql (reason 1). If I did signup here, I will definitley need mysql, so the mysql users per machine would be the same (reason 2). I would not abuse mysql; you can see my website (www.ecritters.biz) to see how I use it (reason 3).
- What control panel do you use?
- How fast are answers to forum questions on average?
- Can php be used in cron?
- Do you usually add things users ask for? Zeonhost has been known to recompile php with new options users request within hours of the request being made.

1. The MySQL fee cannot be waived.

2. It's a unique control panel PowWeb has created themselves. To see a text overview, visit the U.P.S. site (link below) and click on Tutorials. Scroll down to OPS.

3. The forums are member supported. There are quite a few knowledgable members around here (myself included) that should be able to answer your questions rather quickly.

4. I'm not sure myself, as I've never used cron.

5. PowWeb takes users requests and determines their feasibility, given the currrent structure of their hosting setup and when or not it can be implemented.

Hope this helps!
