Question about MySQL and phpBB
Do I have to enable the mySQL on my site in order to download and install phpBB forums?

Another big thing to note:
Since powweb now offers 5 mysql databases, you may want to have one database devoted entirely to your forums. phpBB and other similar scripts [cpm] are notorious for using tons of queries. Also, there always seems to be some loop holes that can be exploited by hackers, if they were to get to your database, it is just forum info. Ryan |

You can use this to connect to your DB and manage the DB.
http://phpmyadmin.powweb.com/ If you are installing phpBB ... you need to install the files and the run the install file.
