Connection Error
I recieve this message when attempting to create a database and was wondering if anybody may have suggestions and/or experience with a similar problem... I've had success with this script before, but not on these servers so at least I know it has the potential to work. Thanks for ANY help or advice!!!

Created through OPS
Hello! I created it through OPS, the latter fashion mentioned. Is this the problem? I'm not sure how to create one directly, but I could try if that is what needs to be done in order for it to work correctly. Thanks for any help!!!
