Question Too Many Connections in my homepage

Hi. In my cinenganos.com website (Magnatar using mysql08 for the DB) has given me several times a "Too Many Connections" plain text answer in my homepage. The number of queries in this page is quite small (less than 10), and hence I need info...

This message, a MySQL error, comes fue to my own website current load?
Or just because the shared SQL server is too loaded?

My traffic has not increased lately, actually the opposite, and before (before zero downtime stuff and custom PHP.ini stuff, I mean) worked smoothly...

Is it me? Is there any clear way to overcome this? Since this did not use to happen before, I wonder what's to be done...

Any clues,suggestions?

I'm getting quite sick of all what's been happening lately...

The too many connections error means the PowWeb server was overloaded at the time of the query. Nothing you can do about it.

They need to do something about it since my entire site is forum/MySQL based and every other click I receive that error.

I would suggest you contact qa@powweb.com if this is a continual problem.

PowWeb is in business so they want to keep the load high. But if they let it get too high, then you get this problem.

I've sent the mails before, but at this time, is simple annoying: -at least- I get an email from my forum every 2 minutes, mentioning the problem, and I have -at least- 1 out of every 5 click to my website with the error printed...

geez....
