support issues
I might have missed something in my searches here, but I'm looking for help on getting +sitemanager, webstats pages to load without getting a 404 page not found and 500 internal server error at my site http://eutychus-ministries.org
I've gone thru OPS and tried making changes there but get errors and have a couple trouble tickets in with support that I've not heard anything from yet. I thought I might be able to get it resolved on my own. Thanks |

Are you asking how to turn on stats?
In OPS HTTP>Usage/Stats ... down at the bottom. And I see you are using FrontPage ... are you trying to edit the .htaccess? If so that can give you errors.

errors on legacy server
No. I know where you enable that in OPS, and it's enabled. When you go to http://www.eutychus-ministries.org/webstats you get a 404 error.
I'm not trying to edit any .htaccess (I don't think) I've tried publishing with FP recently after the site was down and then brought back up from archives. I cannot publish since the restoration and recent activation (december time frame) Also, when you attempt to enable front page extensions you get errors; multiple errors related to usernames, passwords and eventually technical issues... which then refers you to support. The website is on io or was 'io' - does that mean anything? Last edited by netdtek; 1-19-05 at 09:14 PM.. Reason: regarding FP and .htaccess |

Ah ... I got you now. You may try to uninstall the extensions and stats ... then wait 30 minutes or so ... then try to reinstall both.
If that doesn't work ... support may have to manually do it for you.

More issues relate to errors when attempting to access sitemanager as well...
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@eutychus-ministries.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. |

Support resolved this issue for me. I'm not sure what they did. Thanks.
