Question website appearance

hello, all: just a quick question... i know there isn't anything wrong with my files on my website, but every once in a while (like this morning), IE6 isn't showing my jpgs. I also have Netscape 6.2, and everything is fine there.

Is there some setting or file on my computer that is causing this?

I`m not sure if it is a setting or what, but try going to Tools->Reset Web Settings->Click Yes then exit out of IE restart it and try going to your site.
Good Luck!

No, not really weird... just a Windows thing..

Actually, it could be caused by your system resources getting too low and IE not wanting to work properly with low resources.

Doing a reboot is what I would have suggested as your first option to try. Second I would have suggested that you clear your cache files and THEN reboot.

So either way, you done the right thing and fixed it all by yourself, just remember it the next time it decides to be picky and stubborn.

This is a PowWeb problem. Really not their fault. The operating system they are running forces you to have to send images in BINARY transfer mode, if you are running WS_FTP set up auto to only use ASCII for html, htm, php, txt and files that you might edit with notepad. All other files must be uploaded as BINARY. PowWeb is picky about that

Hope this helps,
Kyle
