Flash Question and CSS Question

Hi all,

Two questions (thanks in advance).

1) I need to make a flash scroller that takes 10 static small logos and scrolls through them. Know of any good scripts or any way to do this (I am not very good in Flash).

2) I need to make CSS menus that will open on mouse over to submenus etc. I want them to be very customizeable so that they match an existing site. Any ideas?
