Why no support replies?

Hello,

Im a new customer and Im having ALOT of problems. Nothings bothering me as much as the support the forum seems active so Ill try my luck here and hope for a response. Everytime I get into LiveChat for support I can leave it there for an hour and no one will respond. I keep getting:

"Chat InformationAll operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly."

Also Ive left a support ticket and its been open for atleast 10 hours. No one has responded to it.

Any answer to why? Im trying to get the 30 day money back but the staff wont give me any info on it. If you can please help here.

Note that PowWeb does not notify you by e-mail when a support issue has been updated or closed. You have to keep checking the status online.

What problems are you having? Perhaps we can help here.
