Website is not updating changes

I haven't done anything to my website in a long while and decided finally to start getting it going and make some changes. I've had a generic dead-end splash page for about 6 months. I finally got a new index page up to the server Monday and it still has not updated on my site.
The 2 test servers work fine, they even link to other pages correctly which were just uploaded yesterday, but if I check anything on my 'real' site, it is still the same stuff that has been there for 6 months.
After reading some of the forum posts it looks like powweb is falling apart at the seams. Can anyone tell me if this is this pretty standard for most powweb hosted sites lately?
I'm not a webdesigner and am not into all the php stuff and so I have no idea how to deal with this problem. I chose powweb because it seemed real simple for someone who just wanted a simple site with simple html code.

If your account has been migrated, the FTP address is now ftp.powweb.com, not ftpnn.powweb.com, this could be the issue.

Unhappy

I currently use ftp** where ** or nn are the numbers of the current server such as 03 or 04 and so on.
The thing that is bugging me is the temp url's are fine and have updated with the latest additions, but the regular site is dead in the water with no update.

Here is the the temp url's

http://scodigycom.temp.powweb.com/
https://scodigycom.secure.powweb.com/

Main site

Your 'New' Temp URL would be http://username.powweb.com/ The temp URL that you are using is the old Legacy temp URL.

You will HAVE to use ftp.powweb.com as your ftp hostname when you upload your updated files. If you use the old ftp0X.powweb.com hostname you will be uploading to the old servers instead of the new platform servers.

It could be that your system is caching the pages. Try clearing your cache then reloading your page.

To clear the cache in Firefox, go to to Tools menu and select "Clear Private Data" (or simply hit [CTRL+SHIFT+DEL]. Uncheck everything except Cache, then click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.

To clear the cache in Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and select "Internet Options". Click the "Delete Files" button, then click the "OK" button, then click the "OK" button again (you should now be back in Internet Explorer).
