Let's hear it for phone tech help!
I'd just like to say, I have had nothing but exceedingly positive experiences with the phone tech help here.

I wonder how many people will actually agree with you before this thread gets hi-jacked by our good friends in the FTP is slow thread.
I'm glad to hear all the hard work our staff does to keep the reps. well-trained and polite has paid off for you. |

I'll have to try phone support. I tried the online support and twice I have waited close to or over an hour for someone to come on. The first time I tried it the rep was unable to help me and had to pass it on to more support.
I don't bash them though unless they say something that just doesn't make any sense. I have had to work a support line before and anyone that can deal with some of the idiots that call in on a dialy basis should be rewarded. |

To be fair, it's only been 24 hours, and they said it could take as much as 48 to hear from them. It's just that they are so quiet. :PI did call the first tier help to ask about it and they said, "Yeah! Give us a call if you need some feedback." So nice. ![]() |
