Catch-All not working correctly

I have 2 domains on my account and have set up the following 2 forwards for domain1:

support@domain1.com
suggestions@domain1.com

I have also set my Catch-All option to Bounce.

The problem I'm having is that e-mail sent to the following addresses:

support@domain2.com
suggestions@domain2.com

...is not bouncing, even though I don't have any forwards set up for domain2.

Other e-mails that are sent to users other than "support" or "suggestions" at both domains do bounce correctly.

Has anyone else seen this problem, and/or is this the way it's supposed to work?

Edit: I found this post, http://forum.powweb.com/showthread.php?t=66605, and used the workaround mentioned in it to fix the problem. However, this could be painful if a user had a lot more than 2 domains on his/her account.
