Considering staying with powweb, but got questions.
1. Is the 60 second php timeout ever gonna be fixed? This is a killer that has a huge impact on all our sites as it limits us to what we can do.
2. Will service get better? Alot of my members are complaining about "Server too busy" errors when not many people are even on. I really do not want to move, it is a bit of a hassle. I really do like it at powweb, but i hate the extreme changes taking place, especially if the chatroom decides to vanish, that was one place we could all go to get somewhat of answers even though they are never detailed, but gave us all a place to rant at. The question i ask myself is if i move, would it be any better at the host i move to, if it is, would powweb change when i finally got moved? |

1. It has been stated many times (by Powweb/Endurance staff) that this is not going to be changed.
2. This may improve once the migration is completed as some server loads should decrease. During migration the servers are under a heavier load than what is normal. |

I highly doubt it. They do not care one whit about the countless sites they have adversely affected. Quote:
Yes, it would. ALL hosts have their problems, but not all hosts will give you the amount of grief you are currently experiencing. |
