I am growing increasingly frustrated with Powweb. Why does everything seem so much more difficult since the upgrade? I used to install stuff easily, but now it is a pain in the butt. I've been having hell trying to get SMF installed. I've also had difficulty even to make a payment. Please, Powweb, don't make me think to perform simple tasks. Bring back the ease, will you?

Not sure why Relicators thinks that your pain and frustration is so funny unless he just simply enjoys others pain.
![]() Anyway 'islandfella', not sure what issues you are having with SMF, but if the instant installer is not working properly, let support know about it. Use the contact form, semi-live chat or better yet, phone the toll free number. Personally, I don't care for the instant installer and SMF is a really easy application to install manually. Just download the zip file from Simple Machines, unzip on your computer, upload to your choice of folders, create your database in OPs for it and then run the SMF installation wizard. |
