Error Logs?

i just signed up for a new account and when i try to go to my domain i get an error, however the site runs fine locally... the url is http://www.valleycleanpro.com and direct access the the files is http://cleanpro.powweb.com/sites/valleycleanpro.com/

it says to check my error logs but when i click on error logs in ops the page just refreshes. any ideas?

it seems that any .php file i try to run ends up in a 500 internal server error. I've never seen this before... Do i need to change my php version?

Have you turned your CGI on? (PHP runs as CGI here)

I think it is located here: http://www.powweb.com/member/cgiManagement/

Once turned on you will have to wait 24hrs or so.

that was the problem, i contacted support and my cgi was not turned on. FYI for everyone, the cgi server refreshes everyday at 9am EST and 6pm EST.
