cant access css pages

why is it

http://www.connecticutdrumcorps.com/...trix/theme.css

can't be accessed. i get a forbidden error when i try to launch a command to update some css style page on my photogallery. imay also be having some javascript issues as a result of this problem. any thoughts???

Maybe the perrmissions are incorect, they should be 644.

And directory permissions should be 755, at least 710.
