InnoDB enabling...

The MySQL is configured to use MyISAM tables, since Inno requires additional overhead for transactions and generally runs more slowly/higher load ... you can still use syntax for referential integrity, but MyISAM won't really enforce it on the database...

thing is that i needed it to run activecollab and it would be a pain to change the whole script...
