MS Access XP question
Currently reading "Access 2002 Bible" book by C.Prague and M.Irwin .... and there was a word at the very beginning about hiding objects ... (right-click on one of the tables, choose properties, and mark checkbox to hide it; there is also field for making description to the object there).
I've hided one of my DB tables but how to get it back visible I can't seem to find, because just can't get to these properties window again (table is hidden)! ![]() Any ideas how to get properties of hidden object in MS Access and so UNcheck that checkbox. P.S.: I suppose books also should write how to do reverse actions near so called 'Tips' sections. ![]()

I don't know if this will help.....
Do you remember where the table was saved and the actual name of it? If so, you probably could create a new db and import that table. I've used this before to re-open a table that got locked up and wouldn't re-open. Well, that's my 1 1/2 cents worth. ---roystreet |

Usually what I do is recreate a whole database not just the table...
However I would suggest you visit a microsoft board and ask the question there, or else do some intelligent searching using google. Good Luck

sure...
from the main db window, go to Tools > Options... on the View tab, first option on the right hand side is a check box for Hidden Objects. Check it, and you'll see your table. |

Another question - are there any good Access developers 'community' around on the Internet which you could advice for intermediate/expert level? (except Micrsoft's page )
