How long can it takes to get a domain up and running??

Hi ,

i registered another domain and hosting package true powweb and i am still waiting ofr it to be up and running it is doing 2 day's now 48 hrs at 3:00pm this after noon to be more specific.

How long can it take to be up and running , i am loosing buch of money at this point as per that fact....i need it asap.
